Within the scope of the work, two main tasks are to be performed: the establishment of a research area in the field of design for automation and the management of the chair finance, personnel and project management. Complete PhD in Mechanical Engineering Practical experience in the automation-oriented development of gripping, supply and device constructions as well as their production or similar experience in the construction of automation systems Experience with modern AI and VR methods in construction Funded knowledge and multiannual practical experience in the funding landscape in order to pursue tenders, to build project consortia suitable for job creation and to implement the application in a targeted manner Insufficient experience in conducting research projects, especially financial and resource planning, and detailed knowledge of the implementation of reporting and accounting Practical experience in staffing a chair and employee responsibility Multiannual experience in the financial management of a chair Experience in the independent implementation of courses Experience in the management of workshop and experimental fields is advantageous A qualified application is expected.
