The job is limited for two years. The weekly working time is max. 20 hours a week, in the lecture-free time after consultation also more.

When processing support requests for our customer portal as well as the clarification of customer requests, in close cooperation with other Group companies, we will focus on your support. You support the processing and solution of wastewater treatments around EEG plants and the measurement site operation. The creation of reports as well as operating instructions among the above-mentioned topics also counts among your tasks. We count on you for projects in customer management and for the further development of our customer portal.

Current studies in the field of energy management or a comparable direction Secure handling of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) Very good written expressability Analytical and conceptual skills Very good German knowledge (comparable level B2 CEFR)
