(Senior) Product Manager Transaction Monitoring & Circumstantial Model (m/f/d)

You are responsible for the technical and technical development of our transaction monitoring system as well as the deposited evidence model (rules, scenarios, thresholds) and calibrate it continuously on the basis of hit rates and false positive analyses You make sure that the evidence model adequately reflects regulatory requirements (including GwG, AuA, BaFin) and the institution-specific risk analysis, and keeps regulatory innovations and current monetary and terrorist financing typologies in mind You create specialist concepts and user stories for new rules, scenarios and system features, and accompany their implementation closely with the IT development team and external software partners You analyze data requirements and interfaces to upstream and downstream systems (payment traffic, customer master files, case processing tools) and manage their integration into the overall architecture You work closely with AFC operations, compliance and internal audit, lets insights from case processing and audit findings into the model and prepares validations, model reviews and tests before production audit-proof

You have a successfully completed study with economic or IT-technical orientation (e.g. business informatics, economic engineering, BWL) or a comparable qualification You bring professional experience in (technical) product management or as a product owner, ideally in the field of transaction monitoring, AML/AFC (anti-financial crime) or Fraud Prevention at a bank or FinTech You have experience in working with IT development teams, writing User Stories and testing Ideally, you bring knowledge of regulatory requirements for monitoring systems (including Money Laundering Act/GwG, Interpretation and Application Notes/AuA, BaFin Provisions on Indicate Models) You have a pronounced affinity for data, processes and complex business logics, analytical thinking skills and a structured, solution-oriented way of working with communication strength and hands-on mentality You have very good knowledge of German and good English in word and writing
