Limited, Full time · Osnabrück In the Digital Dialogue team, we implement digital dialogues for established B2C Brands that become real brand experiences. Whether community management, live chat, messaging or review management: We ensure that communication is fast, empathic and on the point.

As a community management lead (m/w/d), you take responsibility for people, quality and successful cooperation with our customers. You take responsibility for several customer accounts and thus also for the professional and disciplinary management of a defined group of employees. You develop brand and target group specific community management strategies for our customers. In everyday life you are a reliable contact for your team, give feedback and accompany your colleagues in their development. You keep the quality of dialogue in mind and develop standards as well as processes. You ensure that communication via social media channels, live chat, messaging & Co. remains brand-friendly, service-oriented and effective. You are a pulsator:in and designer:in for our performance portfolio. You can also grab yourself and conduct dialogues with the customers of the fires we work for.

You have a relevant university degree or a comparable qualification. You have at least two years of experience in the operational community management for large fires and at best have been able to assume first professional or disciplinary leadership responsibility. You have a good sense of digital communication and trends as well as service orientation and quality and know what is really important in the management of dialogues. You work in a structured manner and draw your attention through a communicative and empathic way. You combine your own initiative with hands-on mentality and business thinking. Experiences in social media management and/or strategic community management are not a must but a big plus. You communicate in German and well in English.
