Sales and Compliance Lawyer (m/f/d)

Be part of our team! We are looking for you Projektmanagement (m/w/d)

Together with your team-mate, you will advise professionals and executives of the Sales department on sales, work and data protection issues. You test current legislation, caselaws and political developments at national and European level, analyze potential impacts for the distribution of LVM insurance and develop scenarios as well as action options. You support the further development and coordination of compliance and risk management in sales and support the implementation of regulatory requirements. You take care of complaints such as the BaFin, the Ombudsman and the Executive Board. You work in various (e.g. cross-departmental) projects, such as sustainability and regulatory.

You have completed your studies in law with the successful completion of both legal state examina. Ideally, you already have knowledge in data protection and/or labour law. You can easily process complex legal issues and solution options and explain different target groups. Your profile is rounded off by a pronounced service orientation, strong communicative skills, an independent working and conceptual and innovative thinking.

Salary: You receive a collectively regulated remuneration (compulsory contract for private insurance). In addition, you receive holiday and Christmas money as well as extensive social benefits - including an occupational pension scheme. In addition, a future-proof workplace awaits you.

Homeoffice: Depending on the location and arrangement with your leadership, you can choose between different home office models. At least two days are provided at the LVM campus. In addition to a fully-fledged technical equipment, you will receive a unique home office tray of 800 € gross.

Work-Life-Balance: Our flexible working time regulation with a 38-hour week and 30 holiday days allows you to adjust your working hours in consultation between 7 am and 8 pm. In this case, any overtime that has been completed is of course paid out or can alternatively be compensated for by leisure.
