Strengthen us as: Senior Consultant (m/w/d) That's what we're dealing with: You accompany the complete start and rental cycle – from the new invitation to tender and contract design to the key transfer – and you are contact person for tenants and landlords In doing so, you conduct qualified rental negotiations (handling of rental prices and operating/side costs, object visits, tenant selection, conciliation etc.) You prepare board decisions, insurance policies and supply contracts for the purchase and sale of real estate and coordinate the notary assessment In the field of sales and sales, you conduct valuations and price negotiations In cooperation with other specialist departments, you will participate in project developments (e.g. development of usage concepts and feasibility studies) You are responsible for the commercial management of our rented properties (e.g. key figures and market analyses) That's what you bring: You have a completed qualification as a real estate specialist (m/w/d) or a comparable training You have deeper knowledge of rental, WEG, land register and contract law and a good business understanding You are routined in leading qualified rental and purchase contract negotiations You work structured, service-oriented and have a pronounced communication and enforcement capability You have a class B licence We offer you: Holidays: 32 days (from 2027: 33 days) a year, a paid release on 24.12 & 31.12 and the possibility of a short time Sabbaticals offer you many free spaces. The remuneration is governed by the tariff regulations, in particular by sections 12 to 25 TVöD and the relevant regulations of the TVöD-BT-S. The enrollment of the enrolled office is expected to be carried out in the 9a TVöD payment group. Depending on the relevant professional experience, an assignment to levels 1 to 6 is regularly considered when hiring. In addition to the table fee, further tariff benefits are granted in accordance with the collective agreements mentioned, in particular an annual special payment or special savings banks payment (up to 13.8 salaries).
