A task that challenges. You develop the BCM system and object protection manual of the Bayernwerk group according to internal and group-wide requirements and ensure operational capability to maintain operational capability in emergencies or crises or to restore it as soon as possible. You’re planning emergency plans, business continuity plans and restart plans and coordinate their regular reviews with the relevant departments. You plan and conduct emergency and crisis exercises, guide Lessons Learned and control the implementation of measures. You support emergency and crisis levels in a professional role and provide consistent reporting and management documentation. You train and work closely with technology, regions and group functions. You conduct business impact analysis of business processes and identify time-critical business processes and resources.

A background that convinces. You bring experience in ISMS/BCM/emergency and crisis management and in business resilience and physical security. You know relevant methods/standards (e.g. ISO 22301, BSI 200-4)) and have experience with exercises, reviews and action management. You communicate clearly, moderately safe and work structured with many interfaces. You have a degree or a comparable qualification. You participate in the resilience of a KRITIS organization and work in highly relevant, partly time-critical topics. You bring knowledge of physical security or object protection measures. We, the Bayernwerk Netz GmbH, are operators of critical infrastructures (KRITIS) and thus a vital or defence-relevant facility with safety-sensitive bodies - so before employment we need your consent to carry out a review under the Security Audit Act (SÜG in conjunction with SÜFV).
