What awaits you:

• You advise, acquire and sell as (Senior) Data Account Manager Public & Health (m/w/d) complex, consulting-intensive and customer-specific solutions to the assigned named accounts in stock and assigned prospects (new acquisition).
• You analyze the associated customers in detail and qualify customer contacts; analyse and acquire new customer potential and exploit the existing customer potential; You reduce the churn rate.
• You conduct sales projects.
• You carry out comprehensive and holistic needs analyses on your own using detailed process cost and cost-effectiveness analyses.
• You ensure a high presence, effective support and binding of assigned customers to Vodafone.
• You agree appointments, visit customers, start offerings, follow them, conclude contracts, advertise the success or Tracks out, enters customers after graduation and returns customers.
• You have very good expertise in mobile/fixed network, especially in the field of data solutions, ICT products incl. IoT, Cloud & Security and UCC.

What distinguishes you:

• Abitur and completed commercial training as a minimum requirement, ideally completed university studies.
• 1-2 years of professional experience in the field of direct sales in the business customer environment, ideally in the IT or telecommunications industry.
• Technical knowledge and very good knowledge in the field of fixed network and ICT solutions.
• Negotiating skills and financial security even in difficult negotiations.
• High level of flexibility, self-initiative and enforcement.
• Targeted: Sets and prioritizes challenging goals.
• Strong communication: Can present data in a comprehensible and convincing way and thus enthuses colleagues and customers alike.
• Focussed: Focusses on the essential, manipulates its time and resources.

This body can be exercised in fulltime or full-time part-time (min. 30 hours).

We occupy this position at the locations Berlin or Dresden for Vodafone GmbH.
