Your tasks:

• They contribute to the further development of strategies, standards and guidelines of the Document Management department in the DC projects
• They support the establishment, development and monitoring of relevant CPIs in the central area
• They are responsible for the implementation and control of quality requirements for the central content management area and assist in the creation and operation of the training content for DC projects
• They are the contact person for methods and standards of document management and other documentation issues

Your profile:

• They bring a successfully completed study (Uni/FH) of the Department of Economic Engineering, Civil Engineering, E-Technology or a comparable qualification obtained by long-term professional experience with
• You have experience in handling specialist applications such as thinkprojekt, Sharepoint and EPLASS
• You have relevant professional experience in document management of infrastructure projects
• They are characterized by an independent operation, a high level of commitment and team capacity
• You speak German and English fluently in word and writing
