Your tasks with usYou support practical teams in daily work with MEDICAL OFFICE. You help by phone, remote maintenance or on site with questions and problems. You train employees in dealing with practical software. You also support doctor's practices – according to your knowledge – with further EDV questions. You accompany updates, adjustments and new facilities. You are an important interface between everyday practice and our technology team. You help to make digital processes easier and more efficient in medical practices. In short, you bring your knowledge from everyday practice and help our customers use their IT and practical software optimally.
