You will ensure that all tasks of the Contract Management (Back Office) team are handled properly and on time. You are responsible for the further development and continuous optimization of processes as well as workflows and ensure the desired quality standards within the team. You can selectively support your team as well as project-related special topics and actively participate in the processing. You are both internal and external contact for the contract management department. You represent finance / contract management in their absence.

You have a completed commercial training, e.g. office clerk / office clerk, merchant for office management / office communication / dialogue marketing, relevant professional experience in the energy industry or contract management is desirable. Ideally, you have (first) practical experience as a team leader (m⁠/⁠w⁠/⁠d). You have fun at customer contact and bring a high service orientation. You work independently and earnings-oriented. You are reliable, accurate and safe in handling MS Office 365, especially Excel. You want to develop yourself professionally and personally and to actively shape our team.
