In the role of the Technical Director / CTO (m/w/d), you are responsible for the technical business objectives at the top management level. Together with the production and factory management at the production sites, Lean is driving forward the further automation and efficiency improvement. In a direct line to the CEO, you have a high design space and perspective the possibility to take over further areas of responsibility.

Responsibility for the development and implementation of the technical corporate objectives and the identification of new technologies Systematic development of lean and efficient production in the sense of lean management and further development of the key figures system Planning and implementation of measures and investment projects in productivity projects for automation and process optimization and cost reduction Operations and budget planning for technology and production (investments, employees, production quantities, production costs etc.) Ensuring the defined production targets and further development of quality standards

Successfully completed technical studies (engineering, process technology, industrial engineering, etc.) and commercial knowledge Long-term professional and management experience in the management of production facilities or technical management in the context of metal processing Experience in an international, medium-sized company and intercultural competence Very good English knowledge and willingness to travel within Europe Hands-on mentality with good communication, planning and organizational skills
