Your future job:

At the Hamburg-Finkenwerder site, you are a manufacturing engineer / production planning company for our Airbus Aerostructures customer.

Your tasks:

• Individual case management for employees for reintegration management (BEM)
• designing effective framework conditions and reintegration measures
• preparation and documentation of case analyses and integration plans
• Agency and coordination for internal and external consulting and support services
• Close cooperation with internal interfaces such as the company physicians, social and addiction consultancy and the works council
• Cooperation in health promotion projects

Your profile:

• Complete study in the field of health promotion and management, health sciences, social sciences or dipl. -Social education, completed professional training in health care or a comparable qualification
• Multiannual professional experience in healthcare
• Multiannual professional experience in individual case counselling and group work, in health counselling and in company integration management
• Knowledge in Google Workspace
• Knowledge of social legislation and related legal areas
• Consultancy and Methodology Competence in Talking
• Additional competencies as certified disability manager (CDMP), rehabilitation specialist or coach desirable
• German and English knowledge in word and writing
