• Support in the design, operation and development of global IT services in the Communication & Collaboration environment (including MS Teams/Sharepoint/Exchange and Intranet/Streaming/Telephony applications)

• Accompanying in the construction, commissioning and decommissioning of IT services and infrastructure components

• Creation and implementation of monitoring concepts, user guides and test procedures to support the team

• Continuous study of computer science, electrical engineering, BWL with a focus on computer science or a comparable field of study

• Good knowledge of MS Office applications

• Programming knowledge and interest of advantage

• Analytical thinking and careful and efficient operation

• Reliable operation combined with organizational talent
