Head of Welding & Deputy Plant Manager (m/f/d)

Our client Our client is an established medium-sized company and experienced supplier of leading mechanical engineering companies. The focus is on the precise production of solid machine beds and high-quality machine coverings for high-tech systems. The products form the basis for efficient plants in different industries. Your chance to take responsibility In this key position, you take over the technical and disciplinary direction of the welding company and are responsible for the timely and quality-compliant production of the steel components. You actively shape processes, optimize processes and continuously develop your team. In addition to the line of the welding shop, you will also take over the function of the deputy operating manager. In this extended role, you support the management in organizational and operational topics and actively contribute to the further development of the manufacturing processes. With this, the position offers you a particularly responsible task with enhanced design playroom. Continuing training on the metal construction or industrial master or comparable qualification Multiannual professional and leadership experience knowledge of common welding processes, in particular MAG, and relevant standards Ability to implement technical drawings, welding plans and piece lists High-communication management personality with structured working
