Product vision & strategy: You are responsible for designing a clear product strategy, deriving and prioritizing product roadmaps based on professional requirements Requirements Management: Collection, structuring and prioritization of professional requirements of stakeholders from performance and translation towards IT Stakeholder Management: Close cooperation with the technical product owner and internal and external partners from cycling Quality Assurance & Introduction: Ensuring a high standard in the implementation of sport-related requirements and accompanying the introduction of new product features

Complete studies in the field of business management, sports management or related fields Multiannual professional experience in (digital) product management in performance sports to manage projects taking into account time, scope and budget Understanding performance and excellence (e.g. through practical experience) Found experience in requirements management, requirements engineering or agile product development process to translate complex needs Organizational talent and the ability to effectively coordinate different stakeholders and teams within and outside the companies of the Black Group Funded knowledge in the preparation of presentations and decision templates for management and in the design and implementation of workshops Knowledge and experience with methodical frameworks paired with hands-on mentality Very good knowledge of English and German in word and writing
