A completed commercial training, ideally with further training in the human resources sector (e.g., HR specialist (m/w/d)) or a successfully completed relevant study with a focus on staff/human resources Knowledge of social security, tax and labour law Ideally experience in personnel handling as well as in salary accounting with SAP-HR Knowledge of the German Caritas Association's (AVR) employment contract guidelines is advantageous Safe handling in MS Office applications Very good knowledge of German in word and writing Organizational and communication skills, self-employment, social competence, analytical thinking and team skills
