To support our team in the Hochbau department, we are looking for you as an architect or engineer in the building (w/m/d).

Project control for new and new construction measures Building supervision of buildings (e.g. administrative buildings, automotive workshops, large garages, salt halls), in particular support of outdoor facilities at motorway masters Maintenance of technical installations in buildings Development of rehabilitation concepts and implementation of damage recovery Creation of architectural and engineering contracts according to HOAI and approval documents Construction planning also with external engineering offices Construction services, billing and construction documentation

Complete studies in the field of architecture (Diplom [FH]/Bachelor) or a comparable qualification or relevant professional experience capable of performing the above-mentioned activities Multiannual professional experience in building Ideally practical experience in planning and construction management, performance phases 2-8 HOAI Good knowledge of CAD desirable Class B driving licence

Remuneration takes place up to the above mentioned remuneration group according to the tariff classification regulations of the TV car.
