Planning and organisation of samples and projects with a high degree of organizational talent Motivation and coordination of laboratory teams, where your leadership experience is in demand Empathic communication and collaboration as an interface between laboratory and customer support Application of your chromatography experience to optimize sample processes Ensuring the timely and high-quality implementation of routine analysis and projects such as validations/ verifications

Completed studies in the field of chemistry, biology or a comparable discipline Multiannual professional experience in project management, ideal in a laboratory environment Embossed organisational skills and a high degree of self-initiative leadership experience and the ability to motivate a team Empathic and solution-oriented operation Knowledge of chromatography and its application in sample planning Excellent communication skills and the ability to act as an interface between different departments Very good knowledge of German and English in word and writing JOBV1_EN
