Buena works every day to make the management of real estate more efficient by software. For this we think classic house management processes radically new. Our mission is to combine the traditional role of the real estate manager with the possibilities of modern digital work environment. For our subsidiary Anthea we are looking for proactive WEG managers: inside Frankfurt am Main, to complement our rapidly growing team. Our self-developed software eliminates unnecessary, repetitive tasks and enables real estate managers to work more efficiently and flexibly.

You support our home management team with your industry expertise to provide owners the best service You conduct owner meetings and implement decisions You accompany the owner community in the event of major conservation measures at the joint facilities, organize and monitor these and coordinate service providers You communicate regularly with the owners, inform them about important matters and report on the financial situation and state of the property You have direct influence on the development of Buena software: You work with our product teams and provide feedback on the current roadmap and new versions of our products.

Complete vocational training as a real estate businessman or a WEG certification from the IHK Expertise in real estate management and underlying processes and services Professional experience in the real estate sector and preferably in the independent care of owner communities Outstanding interest in technology and digitalization Secure self-confident appearance for independent customer support
