Civil engineering calculator (m/f/d)

You calculate independent demanding projects in the field of civil and road construction, including the review of tender documents You evaluate customer requests and advise the management when selecting the projects to be processed You are a contact person for our customers during the offer phase as well as for technical assistance You will develop offer variants and special suggestions in cooperation with work preparation and project management You conduct the final costing interview before submitting the offer with the management, project management and work preparation You participate in contract negotiations with the management and project management You review contracts with respect to agreed services, unit prices and discounts

You have successfully completed a civil engineering degree (FH / TU / Uni) or have a comparable technical training You have several years of professional experience in costing and ideally practical experience in construction You are versed in dealing with a costing software, ideally RIB iTWO, as well as with the MS Office package, especially Excel Team and communication skills Flexibility and customer orientation Fun at coordinating complex processes
