First contact person for volunteers and general employees in questions about sexualized violence, suspicions and uncertainties in the Landesverband Sachsen-Anhalt/Thüringen Consultation, support and, if necessary, support of affected persons within the framework of the care concept Management and coordination of intervention teams in the case-processing process Implementation and organisation of training, awareness raising and information events Active cooperation in the specialist committee on the care concept Documentation, evaluation and further development of prevention measures

Complete study of social work, pedagogy, psychology or comparable qualification with detectable legal knowledge, e.g. B. in the field of criminal law, labour law or equality law Knowledge of sexualized violence, prevention and intervention processes Experience in consulting activities, ideally focusing on protection concepts High sensitivity in dealing with affected persons and suspects Ability to work independently, confidentiality and professional communication readiness to cooperate closely with the Federal Association and other national associations
