technical and professional customer advice at national and international level in the fields of food, dairy, bio and chemical industries first contact for customers on technical questions Accompanying the entire project processing from the request to the finished customer solution Further development and standardization of the product portfolio as part of the business unit valves and pumps Implementation of requirements analyses Creating offers Checking quality and safety standards for machine safety in Germany and abroad Support for specialists in problem issues separate national and international travel to the customer as technical support for the external service
