Project Manager / Project Manager Sprinkler Systems (m/f/d)

You take over the overall coordination of the construction of sprinkler plants – from planning to acceptance You ensure the technically correct and norm-compliant implementation according to VdS, FM Global, DIN EN 12845 and other guidelines You coordinate assembly and installation work, conduct construction meetings and control internal teams as well as entrepreneurs You test technical drawings, hydraulic calculations and execution documents and ensure smooth interface coordination You are responsible for dates, costs and quality in the project and conduct a structured project controlling You prepare exams and acceptances and accompany them with VdS, experts, authorities and customers You document the project status transparently and ensure clear communication with all stakeholders

You bring what counts and learn the rest with us. Multiannual experience in the management of technical construction or TGA projects, ideally in the field of sprinkler or fire protection technology Knowledge of relevant standards and guidelines (e.g. VdS CEA 4001, FM Global, DIN EN 12845) and safe handling of technical documents and hydraulic calculations Strong technical understanding, pronounced problem solving and experience in building monitoring Knowledge of project execution according to VOB and commercial understanding of contracts, costs and resources Communication strength in handling customers, authorities, planners and internal teams – you create transparency and clarity Enforceability combined with cooperative leadership and experience in controlling assembly teams and after-contractors High responsiveness, quality awareness and willingness to occasional construction sites driving licence class B
