During your 3-year training, you take exciting tasks in an internationally established family business of a system-relevant industry REMONDIS stands for Hands-on-Mentality: From the outset, you take our own responsibility in planning, organizing and implementing projects and are actively involved in the daily business Your learned knowledge and skills are directly applied to various commercial departments of the main administration as well as other REMONDIS companies at the site (e.g. staff, purchasing, sales, accounting) Over your entire training period, intensive care and support awaits you through fixed contact persons in each department, azulupates, introduction weeks, 1-year exam preparation, exchange meetings, trainings, special leave for learning purposes etc. With very good services, you can shorten your training to 2.5 years 2x a week you will visit the Lippe-Berufskolleg in Lünen and thus have the opportunity to perfectly combine theory and practice – allowing you to face a wide range of takeover opportunities in our constantly growing company

Your Abitur, Fachabitur or the Realschule degree completes you with good services in mathematics, German, English as well as BWL/VWL or social sciences Your organizational skills and your willingness to use are always amiss – you are also an open and team-capable person with a high degree of reliability who wants to contribute to a future-oriented industry that actively contributes to climate protection A dedicated and independent way of working together with creativity and sense of responsibility is of course for you You are interested in economic topics and business processes that are in line with a sustainable future at REMONDIS Through internships and side jobs, you have ideally been able to gain first practical experience in the commercial sector Optimumly, you bring first knowledge in dealing with MS Office
