Control and monitoring of our orders across multiple locations in Germany and Poland – from order collection to dispatch Optimization of Variety Performance in our Logistics Centers Tracking relevant KPIs for evaluating the outbound efficiency and deriving concrete improvement measures Close cooperation with our logistics teams in Germany and Poland Identification and Solution of Disorders in Fulfillment Process Creating regular reports with deriving recommendations for action to improve our processes

A completed study in the field of logistics, BWL, VWL, IT, mathematics or comparable degree programs, as well as at least one year relevant professional experience (for example as part of an internship or a student work) A high competence for complex facts and a high affinity for numbers Impressed analytical skills and problem-solving competence as well as a structured and accurate working Very good knowledge of German and English (at least B2 level) - Polish or other languages are advantageous Very good knowledge in Microsoft Excel, experience with SAP of advantage
