We are looking for full time (Senior) for our construction company in Wiesbaden.

In the (Senior) Work Preparers (m/w/d) function, you are responsible for the technical and logistical planning of construction projects and act as a central interface between planning, procurement, execution and acceptance of the projects.

What tasks do you have? Creation of appointment and resource plans for personnel, equipment and building materials for national and international projects

Coordination of construction site equipment and logistics

Determination of the construction and development of construction and process engineering concepts

Report management and feasibility studies

Monitoring the progress of construction and monitoring of control measures in case of deviations

Management function of small teams

What are you doing? Completed studies in civil engineering

5 years of professional experience in a comparable position

Knowledge of construction processes, materials and legal regulations

Knowledge of Primavera P6, MS Project/ Project Management tools

English (B2) and German (C1)

Team skills

Good communication and organizational skills
