Do you want to actively shape modern identity and access structures and drive the further development of a global IT landscape? As an IT system administrator (m/w/d) focusing on Active Directory, Entra ID and Azure, you take responsibility for our existing AD environment and consistently develop it into a future-oriented identity and access management architecture. In addition, you participate in the introduction of a cloud infrastructure and support the implementation of our 2030 IT strategy.

Operation, administration and further development of the existing Active Directory environment. Analysis and optimization of the existing AD structure with the aim of a clear, standardized and sustainable architecture. Participation in the conception and implementation of the transformation towards a global IAM. Administration and further development of the hybrid Microsoft AD / Entra ID environment. Participation in the design and preparation of the future introduction of a cloud infrastructure. Ensuring availability, security and governance of the identity infrastructure. Implementation and support in migration, harmonisation and standardisation of identity and authorization structures. Control of external service providers and manufacturers as well as active supplier management. Support in implementing measures under our 2030 IT strategy.

completed studies of computer science, business informatics or a comparable discipline; as an alternative to training as a specialist (m/w/d) with a corresponding multi-year professional experience. Multiannual professional experience in the administration of Active Directory, Entra ID and Azure. Experience in dealing with cloud infrastructures (ideally Microsoft Azure) and certificate services. Deep understanding of identity management, authorization structures and directory services. Experience in the analysis, cleaning and restructuring of grown AD environments. Knowledge of the implementation of IAM strategies. Structured, analytical method and high problem-solving competence. Experience in dealing with external partners, service providers and manufacturers. Communication strength, self-responsibility, a strong sense of security and a good understanding of strategic IT objectives. Very good knowledge of German and English in word and writing.
