Support Agile Transformation Lead in Planning and Implementation of Strategic Initiatives in Agile Transformation

Work at the interface between strategy, organisational development and operational implementation

Support the Agile Transformation Lead operative e.g. the preparation and monitoring of agile workshops, the preparation of communication materials or the maintenance of measures

Take responsibility for your own initiatives and subtasks

Develop solutions for current challenges in agile transformation and implement them

Bring your own ideas on how hybrid collaboration models (classical and agile) can be effectively designed

Get to know modern methods from agile work and change management and actively apply them

Get personal mentoring and build a broad understanding of agile organisational development We offer
