As a project manager, you are responsible for the development of renewable energy projects with a focus on onshore wind, photovoltaics and battery storage (BESS). You work in our team in Bremen, where you can also work in proportion to your mobile.

These are your tasks:

Control of the entire project development process after the acquisition up to the final investment decision Creation and independent support of budget and timetables, interface management with technical, commercial and legal teams as well as management of project-related decision-making processes Early identification of project risks and restrictions as well as definition of innovative and pragmatic measures to ensure project progress Communication, negotiation and coordination with all project participants, including authorities, property owners, partners and internal teams Management of project teams and reporting on project progress, partly in English

Complete studies in economic, natural, engineering or comparable disciplines Multiannual professional experience in project management or development in the wind, PV or BESS sector in Germany Funded knowledge of approval planning (BImSchG), a further training in project management is a plus A proactive and solution-oriented way of thinking, strong sense of responsibility, high self-initiative and the ability to drive projects with complex framework conditions autonomously Excellent communication skills and a result-oriented, binding operation Flowing German and English knowledge (C1 level) and readiness to travel in northern Germany
