Designer: On the basis of our mission, you will design the family-like structured evening for and with our residents. This is not only about the classical tasks such as the accompaniment to the night, but also in a warm atmosphere the evening rituals. Adviserin: You are listenerin, advisorin and crisis managerin for the concerns, questions and conflicts of our cared people in the evening. Together in a great team, you will find creative solutions and make a smile. Accompanyer: You plan and document the personal development processes of the residents in real dialogue at eye level and contribute to an inclusive society.

Remuneration and holidays The payment is based on the TVöD SUE (public service contract). Our employees receive 32 days of holiday, allowances and special payments.
