WHU is looking for a manager (w/m/d) at the Vallendar site for the International Relations Office in part-time (30 hrs.week). The International Relations Office is a dedicated and flexible team that organizes and supervises WHU's student exchange activities with more than 220 partner universities around the world.
The body shall be limited to one year, but may subsequently be extended.
Your duties
Takeover of diverse tasks within the team of the International Relations Office Coordination of exchange programmes with international partner universities Advice and support of incoming and outgoing exchange students along the entire exchange process Organization and coordination of the online Bachelor European Summer Program Cooperation with the Ausländerbehörde in Koblenz with regard to residence permits for international exchange students Administrative support in the field of Erasmus+ and in the organisation of the MBA European Summer Program Takeover of other exchange-related tasks and projects, such as the development and maintenance of an Moodle page for exchange students
