As a working student, you work closely with agile teams, decision-making processes and real cooperation. You support Agile Coaches, Scrum Master:internal and Product Owner in operational everyday life and ensure that agile working methods are structured, effective and developed. You will get early insights into professional agile work and the opportunity to develop yourself professionally and personally - with a perspective on more responsibility. Agile Support: You support Agile Coaches, Scrum Master:internal and Product Owner in preparation, documentation and refurbishment of meetings and events Scrum events: You plan, organize and accompany central scrum formats such as Daily Scrum, Sprint Planning, Sprint Review and Retrospective Backlog & Goals: You participate in the care and prioritization of Backlogs and support in the formulation of sprint, product and OKR goals Workshops & Training: You are introducing yourself into the conception, preparation and implementation of workshops, training and learning formats Communities & Exchange: You actively participate in Communities of Practice as well as in team- and cross-departmental exchange formats Organization & Communication: You perform organizational, administrative and communication-related tasks in the agile environment

You are currently studying, for example, BWL, (economic) informatics, (economic)psychology, communication or media sciences or a comparable degree course and have at least two semesters of study before you You already had first points of contact with agile procedures or methods (e.g. Scrum, Kanban, OKR - in your studies, in your job or from your own initiative) You work structured, independent and reliable and bring a high level of readiness to learn You are open, communicative and like to work in the team You have very good knowledge of German and good English and are sure to use current MS‐Office tools
