Quality Assurance Engineer Hardware (m/w/d)

As Quality Assurance Engineer (m/w/d) in the Hardware Quality Assurance department You have the following tasks: They monitor compliance with hardware-related processes in the value chain in the fields of development, construction, production and testing at different levels, e.g. PCBs, flat modules and devices. Based on our process-based quality management system, they ensure compliance with our quality standards. They plan and define quality measures for monitoring/correction of process conformity during the production process in engineering as well as in the following manufacturing processes. They analyse and evaluate technical work results as well as the corrective or improvement measures planned and implemented during the course of the process and control them. They carry out production observations and sample analyses/inspectorate and prepare fault analyses for extraordinary incidents to enforce and maintain internal and external quality and process standards. They independently create and negotiate quality assurance agreements with suppliers. They support purchasing in the implementation of the technical supplier management, in particular in the acceptance and release of delivery services and products in key technologies within the framework of special processes. They conduct product/process and system audits independently both internally and with suppliers and offset partners. They prepare the current quality situation with regard to process conformity and quality of the achieved work results.

They have a successfully completed technical study or a comparable qualification. They have several years of professional experience in the field of development, manufacturing and/or testing, ideally with the weapons systems manufactured in the home. You have experience in quality management measures in production and development, and you have knowledge of basic QM standards (e.g. ISO 9001, EN9100, AQAP 2110, 2210, 2310). Ideally, they have basic knowledge in system engineering and good SAP knowledge (Q-module). Embossed team skills and result-oriented, cooperative working style are the key to your work. They convince by safe occurrence and communication strength. They have very good and safe English knowledge in word and writing. They work across the site (Bremen, Wedel) and enjoy business trips in Germany and abroad.
