Your tasks

Support for Personal Marketing and Employer Branding Creating and publishing content for social media channels such as TikTok, Instagram and LinkedIn Evaluation of social media metrics and support in creating reports Write editorial posts and news for the company website Participation in the organisation and implementation of university fairs and other measures of university marketing Ordering and organizing giveaways and promotional materials Conducting research and market analysis on trends in HR marketing Participation in exciting HR projects and acquisition of own subprojects

Studies

Current studies in the field of marketing, media management, human resources management or a comparable degree programme Interest in Employer Branding

Enthusiasm for Personal Marketing, Employer Branding and Social Media First practice experience

Ideally, first experience through internships or student work activities in HR or marketing Structured operation

Self-employed, reliable and organised working methods with high quality standards Communication strength

Professional and esteeming appearance and joy in cooperation with different target groups Creativity

Feeling for trends, creative ideas and motivation to implement them Language competence

Very good knowledge of German in word and writing Availability

Support of the team with up to 20 hours per week
