The Youth Residential Group of the SOS Children's Village Kaiserslautern offers many possibilities for recreational design on an area of about 4000 square meters. In two groups, nine young people between 13 and 18 years find a safe home. For different reasons, the children and young people living here can no longer remain temporarily or permanently in their previous environment. In a family atmosphere, You experience security, support, a regulated daily routine and are accompanied and supported by SOS employees in all aspects of their lives. In cooperation with youth offices, schools and networks, you act cooperatively and responsibly. Team meetings and supervisions will help you to reflect and develop your work. You ensure the conscientious implementation of the protection of the children and the professions.

You have a training as an educator with state recognition. You take the concerns of children seriously and consider participation as an important component in active child protection. Your handling of proximity and distance to the representatives is professional. You show flexibility in terms of working hours and are ready for weekend work and night readiness.
