Analysis, control and continuous optimization of all storage-internal processes to ensure smooth operation Ensuring compliance with legal requirements and internal quality, hygiene and safety standards Leadership, motivation and further development of the night shift team Planning and coordination of personnel and work processes Monitoring target achievement in terms of productivity, quality and timeliness Identification of Improvement Potentials and Implementation of Sustainable Optimization Measures Ensuring efficient and economic storage organisation

Successfully completed vocational training, ideally complemented by further training in the field of logistics, warehouse management or employee management Reliable professional experience in a comparable position, preferably in the warehouse or logistics environment Impressed communication strength, enforcement capacity and high social and team competence Knowledge in the food industry and the associated quality and hygiene standards are advantageous Safe handling of goods management systems as well as good knowledge in common Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel and Word Structured, independent and solution-oriented operation High sense of responsibility and the ability to keep an overview even in challenging situations Standing for permanent activity in the night shift
