Service Owner IT Asset & Contract Management (ServiceNow)

You are responsible for strategy, operation and further development of HAM, SAM as well as contract and vendor management across the entire lifecycle. From corporate targets such as costs, compliance and transparency, you will be able to guide a prioritized roadmap and tax the associated backlogs. KPI and reporting structures are built by you and continuously developed, adapted to management, purchasing and IT. Data models, attribute standards and maintenance processes for assets, licenses and contracts are defined by you and controlled along clear life cycles. Through structured reconciliation and quality control, you can secure reliable and auditable data for security, finance and IT operations. The end-to-end control of license positions is yours, including usage transparency, compliance evidence and concrete optimization measures. Integration of relevant source systems as well as automation along the asset and contract processes are advanced by you. As a central interface, you work closely with IT, Purchasing, Security, Finance and Management and understand complex content.

You bring several years of experience in the service responsibility for enterprise platforms, ideally in the ServiceNow ITAM or SAM environment. Finding knowledge in IT-asset, license and contract management as well as in common license models and hardware life cycles are a feature. Vendor and contract control including KPI monitoring and performance assessment are your daily work. You analyse data securely, evaluate risks based on it and derive clear recommendations for action. Experience with system integrations, such as in the field of discovery, inventory or ERP, as well as with the automation of processes. Information security, regulatory requirements and audit topics can be translated into practical processes and controls. You communicate in German and English with a clear and structured approach to complex topics. Ideally, you have additional knowledge in ServiceNow certifications, ITIL 4, regulated environments or in the field of ITSM, CMDB or reporting.
