Planning and construction management engineer for district heating house connections

Our district heating network is the largest Western Europe with a length of more than 2,000 kilometres. We supply about one third of the Berlin households with heat. With the know-how of our 2,200 employees, we cover the entire value chain of district heating – from production to grid operation and expansion to distribution. At high pressure, we work at the coal exit until 2030 and at climate-neutral production from 2045. In this way, we support the Land of Berlin significantly when reaching its climate targets. On the way to this we want to realize a higher proportion of renewable energies and waste heat. To do this, we need to redesign many of our sites and facilities. For the BEW Berliner Energie und Wärme GmbH we are looking for you as a planning and construction engineer at the closest possible time: in district heating housing connections for the Hausstationsbau area at the Berlin site in an indefinite position. Your tasks Creation of the cost estimate for the house connection Voting with project-participating persons / departments and public offices with the respective collection of approvals and performance information, encroachment Creation of house connection planning in cooperation with internal interface areas Ordering exporting companies from the annual contract (medium call) Coordination of the implementation of design planning with customers:inside, authorities and contractors: Control of health and safety regulations with the help of a system and environmental legislation Cost, appointment, quality control Own-sponsored control and execution of the construction projects Monitoring the construction design up to commissioning Decrease in services provided Organisation and implementation of commissioning and network closures (with counter ordering) Measurement and billing Transfer of the project data to the documentation Planning and organisation of supervisors

Your profile You have completed a degree in engineering You have first knowledge in deep and pipe construction You have first knowledge in the application of AutoCAD You could already gain first experience in this area You have very good communication and team skills and are happy to work independently and independently You have a good enforcement capability You have a pronounced analytical and structured mindset You have fluent German skills in word and writing You meet about 70 percent of the requirements?
