The professional and disciplinary leadership of the NE4-Ausbau Glas team. The responsibility for the personal, professional and organisational team and staff development and the strategic support of the department management. The control of external service providers in the NE4 extension (terminal, coordination, quality assurance) and ensuring smooth cooperation with the SWMS. Together with the team management infrastructure glass fiber, the responsibility for all owner requests along the entire process chain – from the approval of a house connection to the local customer information to the connections in the individual housing units. The timely and correct processing of all accounting and system-relevant data in the corresponding IT systems. The further development of customer-friendly processes around the expansion of the network level 4 and an increase in the degree of automation. The joint responsibility for the development of solutions for special buildings in coordination with the owners (m/w/d) and service providers.

A completed study in the field of supply technology, electrical engineering, telecommunications or comparable electrotechnical training – ideally complemented by proven practical experience. Insufficient professional experience in the field of energy supply and ideally specific knowledge in the development of glass fibres (NE4). Leadership experience is desirable in the direction of a team and joy in dealing with people – complemented by social competence, communication skills and interest in guiding and motivating employees in a targeted manner. Secure handling of MS Office and SAP; Knowledge of other software solutions (e.g. GIGA GS, D3, iTWO) are desirable. A good understanding of numbers and processes as well as an entrepreneurial and cost-conscious approach. Team orientation and self-motivation. A valid passenger car permit.
