Head of IT Governance

Responsibility of our IT governance and leadership of an 11-member team from IT controlling, licensing, supplier and contract management, process and service management as well as data protection coordination Developing our IT policies, standards and processes (including ITIL, ISO 27001) and ensuring secure, stable and compliance-compliant IT operations Control of total IT spending together with your team, analysis of KPIs and preparation of clear, decision-relevant reports for management bodies Planning of strategic IT procurement, close cooperation with IT departments and purchasing and representing IT in negotiation processes Responsibility of all planning, budget and forecast processes in cooperation with the company controlling Advising the departments and executives in IT-relevant decisions and introducing your governance expert

a successfully completed study of (economic) informatics, mathematics, electrical engineering, economics / management (MBA), with IT focus or comparable. multiannual experience as leadership in IT or comparable industries. well-founded knowledge in the contexts IT management, IT governance and/or IT controlling. an appreciation and cooperative understanding of leadership and a high interest in strengthening the “we-feeling” and liability. But no need: knowledge of relevant specifications and framework conditions of the energy industry
