We support important SW components in a heterogeneous and very complex system environment of the Land of Berlin and help to make the processes more efficient and user-friendly. You take on the professional and disciplinary leadership of our current 6-member team and develop it further With your team, you control the diagnosis, troubleshooting and further development – including documentation – of applications from Berlin, in cooperation with internal colleagues and external service providers Your team is responsible for the planning and implementation of new enquiries and orders for the associated applications – including work on contract design. In doing so, you can contact our customers from public administration as well as external partners and our internal departments

It is essential to carry out the tasks: A completed study (e.g. computer science, business informatics) or otherwise acquired comparable knowledge and skills Knowledge and experience in the management and development of employees Knowledge and experience in the planning, development, configuration, testing and preparation of applications and services in heterogeneous system environments (Windows, Linux, databases) German language skills C1 (GER) You agree to have an extended safety review (SÜ 2) carried out according to § 11 of the Berlin Security Audit Act (BSÜG) It is also advantageous to carry out tasks: Knowledge and experience in the planning and management of projects for the introduction and further development of IT services (e.g. migration and development projects focusing on application operation) Embossed reliability and implementation strength High analytical as well as structured thinking and working methods as well as excellent address-oriented communication skills and pronounced customer orientation Knowledge of current database technologies, IT security and monitoring tools
