You can expect challenging tasks and projects, search as Lead end-to-end learning solution projects for Customer Service within Global Training, ensuring delivery and quality Design and develop diverse learning formats, including e-learning, classroom training, dazzed, and microlearning Apply didactic principles to create learner-centered content and meaningful assessments Collaborate with subject experts and stakeholders to define objectives and success metrics

Bachelor's degree in Education, Instructional Design, Learning & Development, or a related field Ideally several years of professional experience in training or instructional design, preference in global teams Strong didactic background; proficiency with e-learning authoring tools (e.g. Articulate) Collaborative, learner-focused, organized, and able to manage stakeholders across functions Fluent in English and advanced German skills
