Planning and coordination of our service technicians Acceptance and processing of service requests by phone, email & in the ticket system Creation and tracking of offers Installation and maintenance of service orders, documentation and vehicle data Communication with customers and internal and external partners Processing complaints & quality management support Working with process optimization and digitization projects

A completed technical or commercial training ideally with service cover Experience in service, deployment planning or technical customer support Communication strength and customer-oriented operation Structured, solution-oriented thinking Joy of work in interface functions Good IT skills (ERP/Ticketing Systems, MS Office)
