You configure, test and document the SAP SuccessFactors Module Performance & Goals, Calibration, Succession & Development and Continuous Feedback. In addition, you will ensure further integration of the modules into our SAP HCM landscape and perspective in Employee Central. In exciting projects, you digitize the REWE Group's talent processes and implement requirements for applications and systems together with the colleagues in the HR areas. In your applications to be supervised, you develop our Skills & Competence concept and thus ensure a permeability within the REWE Group. You don't stand and inform yourself about current trends, planned releases and the roadmaps of your applications and systems.
