Technical and infrastructure facility management / building management Property visits and planning of maintenance and audits required by the authorities Implementation of special services (e.g. repairs, renewals, etc.) Support and maintenance of the regional customer base Commissioning and coordinating partner companies Reporting

Business Administration (m/w/d) or comparative degree from the real estate industry Technicians / Master training with corresponding experience or completed studies (Construction / Economic Engineering, Building Technology, Facility Management) Job experience required in Facility Management Embossed service orientation to meet a high standard of customer satisfaction Communication strength, self-sufficiency and individual organizational capacity
