Product Manager (m/f/d)

To strengthen our team we are looking for you Product Manager (m/w/d) Design the room climate of tomorrow QLIMATE – Future arises where people together create solutions. At QLIMATE we develop intelligent heating and cooling ceiling systems for modern working environments, health buildings and public buildings. Our goal: create spaces where people work more productively, learn better and feel more comfortable. We combine technical innovation, sustainability and design. With around 60 colleagues, we develop solutions that already meet the requirements of tomorrow. Your mission: You are responsible for our product lines in the field of climate ceilings and actively shape their further development. From market analysis to product strategy to the successful introduction of new solutions, you will bring ideas on the way to real added value. You work closely with development, sales, production and marketing.

Developing products Conduct market, customer and competitive analyses Develop product strategies and roadmaps Identify trends and new market potential Define and Prioritize Requirements for New Products Promoting innovation Support and control product introductions Coordinating development projects Evaluate technical solutions Requirements for standards and guidelines Connecting teams Interface between development, sales, production and marketing Technical support for customers and sales partners Conduct product training and presentations Supporting international sales activities Secure quality Accompanying certifications and authorisations Maintain product data and documentation Developing standards and processes

We're not looking for a perfect checklist. More important is that you want to take responsibility, be curious and enjoy developing technical products successfully. Ideally, you have: studies in the field of economic engineering, building technology, business informatics or a comparable qualification as an alternative to a technical training with further training to the technician first experience in product management or technical project management Interest in building technology and technical system solutions analytical thinking and a structured working method Communication strength and joy of team work very good German and good English skills
