Your tasks include supporting and accompanying our customers in the production and repair of rail vehicles, their associated spare parts, components and services, and guaranteeing the defined quality to them. The responsibility of the documentation of the determined results for test and checklists, the testing of the production documents for completeness, as well as the testing, assessment and evaluation of the implementation of the applicable rules and standards in the field of rail vehicles also falls within your area of responsibility. Furthermore, you are responsible for the quality check after completion, accompany the vehicle transfers to the customer, monitor maintenance work to comply with statutory requirements and guidelines, and prepare test reports and expert reports based on the tests. In addition, you are responsible for creating insurance-technical damage assessments, occasionally coordinating and monitoring the handling of the entire process to repair the vehicle. The management of the projects and the continuous monitoring of quality, dates, economics, etc. during all project phases completes your task. The place must be occupied nationwide.

Complete engineering studies in the field of mechanical engineering, mechatronics, electrical engineering, vehicle engineering, drive technology, railway technology (ideally center of rail vehicle technology), or comparable qualification Very good knowledge of vehicle technology and the relevant regulations knowledge of quality testing, basics of quality management and professional experience in the field of production and/or maintenance of rail vehicles and their competitors Production understanding (in particular vehicles), experience in project management and knowledge and understanding of the “Bahn” network system Proactive, structured and analytical working methods, a high level of communication and team skills, flexibility, a strong will for performance, commitment, and knowledge of German and secure English skills (further foreign languages of advantage)
