Specialist in securities settlement (Asset Servicing) Place of work: Frankfurt am Main Job: Full-time (part-time is possible in principle), unlimited Job ID: 2025_0601_02 In the ''Value Paper Processing and Security Management'' department, we handle the Eurosystem's monetary policy operations for Germany and serve numerous customers from the private and public sectors. This includes, inter alia, the storage and management of securities, the issue of federal securities and the settlement of securities transactions.

As a deputy head of the “Value Paper Management” group, you will ensure the efficient and secure settlement of the securities transactions of the Bundesbank in the operational daily business. They deal with matters of principle and procedure, as well as tax issues of securities management. In addition, you have a significant impact on the conceptual development of business processes and process automation. Your expertise is introduced into working groups and projects within the Bundesbank and with external business partners.

Bachelor or equivalent degree of economics or legal sciences or completed commercial training with at least three years of professional experience in a working area relevant to the position Professional experience in the back office or securities area of a financial institution Good knowledge of banking processes in the field of securities business Good knowledge of legal and tax regulations in securities settlement Practical experience with the settlement and communication systems used in the securities administration, such as CASCADE, Xact, TARGET2-Securities, SWIFT Outstanding analytical and conceptual skills Independent and team-oriented work Ready to work with offset working hours (usually between 7:30 and 18:15) and on occasional holiday work Very good German and good English language skills
