In Nuremberg, we are building a new location with a focus on renting and looking for a lead (all genders). In this role, you take responsibility for the strategic orientation and expansion of the site. With our 8 branches in Hamburg, Munich, Düsseldorf, Frankfurt am Main, Berlin, Nuremberg, Leipzig and Stuttgart we are represented throughout Germany.

You are building our location in Nuremberg with the focus on rent-rausbau You develop and pursue a strategy adapted to the market for site building and development You build your own team and are disciplinary and professionally responsible for a multi-headed team of different disciplines such as sales, planning, costing, TGA and project management In close cooperation with your team, you control the operational and strategic orientation of the entire area of Rentrausbau for the Nuremberg site For the Nuremberg site, you take responsibility for earnings and budgets and ensure long-term entrepreneurial success You take over the holistic project management as well as the coordination and control of all services of internal and external project participants You participate in cross-site committee meetings and actively participate in the further development of the Nuremberg site

You have a degree as a civil engineer:in or architect:in successfully completed You have relevant experience in professional and disciplinary staff management You bring multi-annual professional experience in technical and commercial project management in the construction of rent You ideally have a local network in the Nuremberg area both on the client side and in the subcontractor area in the Rentrausbau/Bauen segment in stock You are a strong and dynamic team player with motivating leadership and entrepreneurial thinking You are characterized by negotiation and problem-solving competence as well as strategic thinking and persuasiveness
